    Explanation of the trade: White phat on ikov for paypal. He wanted me to go first i know this isnt against the rules but i want twc on him. He wasn't making sense when he was trying to explain why i should go first. He said i would win dispute if i didnt leave a note stating i knew it was personal goods. Then he suggested me not to leave a note? If he was so scared of a chargeback why would he suggest that.

    We cannot force people to use middlemen. While I don't believe this is a good trade to get involved with I'm not sure it warrants a TWC. Use a middleman to be safe.
