Global Mod Please

I believe my first dispute was handled with much haste and carelessness, so I would like global mod to look at this.

How can I be ban evading if I've never been banned before? I think I was banned because it is believed I created the account "Ashley is in the hizzle" which I in fact did not. If you check ips they won't match. I did not create the account "Ashley is in the hizzle" and I've never been banned before. Although I have "his" picture as my avatar and I said I was Ashley (only in the spam forum though!) it was a joke. I'm not so dense as to believe I can actually trick people into believing I'm "Ashley" as I posted in the thread he was banned in.

My dispute was denied with the belief that I created the account "Ashley is in the hizzle." Even though I said I was JOKING this was not addressed in the dispute response. I had to talk on msn with Jesse to get an ip check and I believe Jesse now believes I didn't create that account but impersonated a girl and is so retaining the ban.

When I created this account I was not claiming to be a girl (lol what a position I'm in) and I did not have an avatar. By posting in the spam forum and having the same avatar as Ashley I did no harm, although one chap pmd me and asked for an add on msn (I did not respond and so did not take advantage of him, check pm history if that is possible). My opening responses were a quote from Ashley which I thought was humorous. People immediately recognized the avatar or the quote or both on one thread and the responses from me that followed were clearly play as we all knew Ashley was banned and not actually a girl.
