Glitched Threads

I'm seeing more and more threads that glitch out when people go to make one. Basically the thread will be there but the first post isn't.

Here are a few examples, I only posted on them so it would be possible to report them:

These have only started to appear in the last week or so, what causes it? And can it be fixed?

 

Its when the server is acting up. That's all.

 

Any idea when will this be resolved?

 

When Richard has time to do all the stuff that he thinks will solve the issues.
