glitch npc wont die

ok so i was in the desert doing hunter
i was wereing
lurapia hat
glory
ring of dueling (6)
dragon dagger p+
desert shirt
desert robe
desert boots
spotted cape

so i was like lets kill a lizard (lvl 47) i was useing atk used up all the spec and then wen i had it almost dead like a cempletely red hp bar i just kept hitting it for 1's and i wouldnt die i had to run b4 i died

I tihnk you need some Slayer item to kill them, Although, I may be wrong.

yea like rock salt (i think) but it definatly requires an item to k0

 

you need a cube of ice to throw at them to finish them off.

it might be a way to afk train if u got enough def to not take dmg

 

People already do afk training on them.

 

Wow....I lol'd at this guy posting about lizards not dying. Next time contact your slayer master about it and complain to him why the hell your monsters aren't dying. Next time learn to use google for this, because not everything's a glitch. For a good lot of slayer monsters you need an item to kill it, like a Lantern thing for Bug Swarms, Mirror shield for Cockatrice.
