    You are not allowed to give vouches for free names

    Read up on the rules of vouching...

    A vouch should only be given if a risk it taken be one player or the other...

    If I give you my password in good faith you are going to train my account, and not steal it, that was a risk...

    If you give me a free name, thats not a risk

    No risk no vouch
