I'm assuming you're looking for CnC, so I'll give it. D:

I like the background and I like the colors used. The signature is messy and has no flow. The render should blend (although I did see you tried doing a little of that). The blurring (assuming that you used it to add depth) looked confusing to me. I think you could have spent a little more time on that part and it could have looked much better. The text and the effects you used for it were awful. Makes the signature look worse and flashy.

Overall it's a nice signature. Should have spent more time on it and fixed obvious errors.
