getting an error !@!@

it says

including file c:\program files\scar 2.03\includes\srl/srl.scar does not exist.
failed when compiling its a flax picker 32.
pllz help i also can try to run it on scar 3.06

so how can i get and srl..... ive tryed like 3 times but the site that i got to wont let me if u can give me a link to the place to download it that would be great and highly appreciated
