Im looking for a place to buy armor im level 20 im in the main city at the moment looking for things like a hood, also looking for the place where I can get a mount and find a specilizatiin like mining or something.... thanks would really help if someone could help me out.

Find a guard around the city which gives you directions when you right click on it. Go to the auction house for armour, the riding trainer for a mount, and profession trainers depending which skills you want. You can have 2 professions.

Try doing instances. Quey up for i think Wailing Caverns. Bosses there drop some nice rewards

 

Wailing Caverns is such an annoying dungeon. But, if you're a hunter/rogue/enh shammy or any agility class, its good for loot
