Gecko is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: i sent him money via paypal for the gift of a dota 2 invite, the 1st trade i sent 40 then he told me he only recieved 38 coz paypal charges 2 dollers so he refunded my money which made me believe him then i resent the money with an extra 2dollers for good will he said here is your key and instantly went offline, i went 2 activate the key and it has already been activated, now i cant get ahold of him anywhere i have taken screenshots of everything!
How they scammed: as soon as he confirmed the money was cleared he sent me a dud product key and left the chat
What time in the video does it show the user's msn: about 8:30pm
What time in the video it shows you giving the account/money/items: about8:45 - 9pm
What time in the video does it show them leaving/not responding:at about 9:29pm was the last message
