    My computer is currently stuffed with spyware and doesn't let me log onto my computer so what is a good program to format it with?

    Formating
    Right clikc on your hardrive and click 'Format" to format, however this will not remove everything. If you're going to go as far as formatting you may as well Delete the whole partition and re-install windows again.
