    I just logged on and she was just floating there, and she was moving around too

    Maybe she was wearing an agility skillcape and somehow lagged it? That's the only reason I could think of right now.

    it's a flying glitch
    it has something to do with the snowman dance emote, but only a select few people know about it and are only willing to tell for a payment :(
