Flipping question

So I'm new to flipping and decided to flip 5 Bgs's. I bought them last night for the lowest I could and they sat in my ge all night and day and still nothing. I tried selling on at reg price to see if it sells but nothing. Is this normal or fail flip? I'm just anxious because it's my first time and I want my cashpile biggar.

you don't do -5% and +5%

to find the prices to buy/sell do this:

1) buy at +5%, write down the price it buys for, thats your sell price
2) sell at -5%, write down the price it sells for, thats your buy price

now put in an offer for 5 or 10 of the item but make the price your "buy price" but add a few gp to it.

once they sell, sell them for your "sell price" minus a few gp

 

What I did was buy for lowest I could and added 100k to the reg price which is less then 5%. But I'm putting it back to reg price hoping I can sell tonight.. I'll still make some cash. Thanks for clearing things.

 

do this
sell 1 for -5% then buy another one for +5%
write that price down and sell the 5 for a few gp less than that price

 

Flipping margins on bgs are normally very low as well, because a lot of people are trying to do it

You have to find an item that has enough demand but no one is flipping

Once you find those items, you can make millions.
