Flaming Hands

Hi guys, got a question regarding PVP.

I was pking in the wildy this morning and the guy I was fighting had red glowing hands and he was dealing a shit load of damage with no weapon (or at least I couldn't see it).

Could anyone tell me the name of what he was using? (I haven't played in 6 months)

As cranke explained, they are goliath gloves (info here: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Goliath_gloves ). You earn these through the Dominion Tower (info here: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Dominion_Tower )
