Fishing or Mining??

Hey Sythe,
I have both perf fisher and kminer both my fishing and mining levels are one
wich one will make me more cash??(im going to bot).

 

Heh.. I think the high-level (85+) cash rates are both pretty similar, mining slightly higher.

But mining is a grind even to bot, fishing gives you profits quicker.

Tbh, it depends what skill you prefer.

Fishing might give you more cash on the higher levels, if you fish rocktails or sharks.

 

f2p = mining
p2p = fishing

alright guys ive also been told that autoswamp toads is like 300k and hour??? anyone heard of that or can proove that?

 

It's good cash but apparently a few mods are goinf there now so it's a no no atm.

 

Fishing is terrible for terrible so don't even bother with it. Mining is much better, I have 99 fishing and mining and definitely mining makes more money. Fishing is horrible for money.

 

when i had my main and needed a bit of cash fishing botting a couple hours of sharks was good. decent money

I think fishing is better, rocktails give you hell cash and really awesome cook xp if you cook them ;P

 

Fishing makes 80milish to 99. Mining makes 200mil+ to 99. 'Nuf said.

 

Definitely fishing if your P2P, if not then go with mining.

Mining in the long run hands down if you are going to at some point do forgiveness of a chaos dwarf (keldagrim switching runite), but even if you aren't going to do that, going from 80-99 mining still makes like 30-40mish if you do it in the living rock caverns (not sure what the exact amt is at the moment).

 

Mining & Fishing would both give you the same amount of cash if you went to the Living Rock Caverns from the required levels.

Overall, Mining would give more cash if you decide to mine Runite Ore from 85-99. It takes a VERY LONG time though, but you'll make over 1B cash I believe.
