Firecape guide.

Ive decided to try and get a firecape, but dont know if i can with my stats. Can someone give me a link to a good guide. And plz tell me if i could do it with my stats. ive heard about low lvls doing it so i know its possible.

str 67
Def 40
prayer 45
range 62
mage 59

not the greatest but ive heard of lvls below 50 getting capes so...
