your acc must meat certain standards and haves these items:

Fire Cape
- black dhide body and chaps and vamps
-guthans barrows armour
-rune cbow or karils xbow (along with 1000+ arrows) can also use magic short
-sharks 11-12 depending on stats.
-about 12 prayer pots
-unholy symbol
-range boots and ring of recoil
-other various pots depending on stats

defenders

first of all tokens would be nice: ill change extra for not haveing tokens.

-basicly full rune or better
food this can be very important for getting rune defenders
as cyclops can hurt you.
