FireCape advice

Well I was looking for a pro fire caper.. Seems to hard to find one, so I am going to do it my self..

I need some tips / links advice. IE: Where to stand, and where to go to get to the spot to stand..

Im sorry I have not played in over a year, and I forgot a a lot about fight pits

71 range
43 pray
87 MAGE
4 DEF

I have karils bow, i know i need like 4k racks then?
how many sara brews/ super restores/ range pots?

what ancient should i do

theres a lot of guides up on youtube.
you'll need about 3k bolt racks
if you have ancients you could use blood blitz to heal
dont forget the p pots

 

Blood spells are useful to have. Like Blood Blitz or Blood Rush.

 

Does any1 have a list of what each lvl does.. so i know when to switch prayer etc... i looked at youtube videos, but i can't seem to find anything helpful, other then people saying to use italy rock!

You should take blood spells. Brust / Barrage are your best options.
