Profiles on IP seem to all be same person, most of the non-banned ones he barely used.

Although the IP address does resolve to an ISP, it is "rogue" from all of the other IP's used on the account. Every other IP address resolves to the same ISP, so he must have picked this one up from a public place (certainly not his home IP address).

In-case you find it, it seems he modified this thread a couple hours ago as well.

The information removed is irrelevant to this report. I've done a thorough investigation and have found no concrete reason to ban him.

I am, however, still curious about the post regarding Louis.
