finalfantasy-Cloud scammer

Today i got scammed by finalfantasy-Cloud(http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=665451) he is trusted so i went first i payed him to do the quests and he was watching me via teamviewer well then when i payed him he opened my msn and i was talking something about battlestaff's beacuse he was still watching me on my account and then he opened msn again and said that "i dont need any quests thanks for 15$ cya" something like that.Now he dont want to do quests or refund me. can you just please ban him. oh here is picture that i payed him:
I would also post proof to msn chat but he closed it as soon as he said thanks for cash or something like that.
