final high pardon

Hello, my name is RSexchanger i was a very sucessfull user and turned corrupt 2 summers ago i scammed 500m+ on RSexchanger, i scammed alot more (not sure how much) on accounts i evaded on--
i take 100% and full responsibility for everything charged on me 100% guilty
i honestly think ive grown and ive been lurking around the community and i wanna come back and i know my pardons have been denied because well if i was staff i would too because i acted like trash, at that point i was indeed trash/pixel hungry i was wondering if i could have a chance at coming back
perks that might make you want to actually give me another chance

• market ban
• TWC for aslong as the staff wants to/un-appelable

and if the staff can find all the reports + the users are still online ill refund them 100% + 100% for taking too long to offer the refund
and if the users are now banned/cant be contacted ill give the money towards sythe without receiveing anykind of rank for it.
what i plan on brining to the community if given a chance

• help out the community
  -report spam
  -try to help out newcomers
  -attempt to find scammers
  overall be more helpful to the community
• be active
• strive to proof my self, i plan on not trading anymore but if i ever get my marketban lifted(no expectations of this happening in the near future) IF i was even to be unbanned

also please note that on some of the accounts i evaded on i was not scamming but at the end got caught for evading
and at that point the child in me would kick in with a revenge-full feeling
please consider giving me another chance i dont plan on trading i would agree to having a permanent TWC/market ban and any other things you would like (the staff)
the moderator superman does not like me because i would mock him for being "dumb" after i scammed someone/this happened after i donated 10m and got banned for evading on the first evading account (forgot the username)
-to my knowledge i heard superman is 12-14? so he probably will be mad and i would appreciate it if he did NOT vote/close this unless he knows the decission will be unbiased because idk how much clearer i can make this BUT i dont want to trade so theres nothing to scam.
ive been lurking for i think 3 months now maybe more 100% clean no accounts created no scamming NOTHING
