Feeling Down :/

Ok, so....

My parents are fighting all the time and I am pretty sure they are getting a divorce.

I <3 my gf and she loves me too, but there is this other girl that I have mixed feelings about....

I used to be pretty much addicted to marijuana and ever since I quit a year ago, I have major anxiety and stress problems.

I feel like the world is spinning around me and I don't know which direction I'm facing.

Sometimes, I just wanna go outside and fuck the whole universe.

Does anyone else ever feel like this?

 

From someone who has had the exact feelings the best advice i can give you is this. This too shall pass and it will get better with time. Alot of it for me was just growing up. For me i actually went into a state of depression. and had to be on meds for anxiety. As far as that goes when u getr anxiety do somthing that will take you mind off of it. Like for me it was playing xbox live and it eventually went away.
