Feedback for Sypherz

Hey guys. I've been at this for almost 5 months now. I seem to rarely get feedback and I was wondering if anyone had anything to say. What am I doing right, what am I doing wrong, my personality.. anything. Especially criticism.

@ Sypherz I honestly, have not talked to you much, but I don't see that much spam in the off topic section so you must be doing something right, I don't honestly see you talking that much in the spam forum is about all if ever nothing wrong with that some people are lurkers it may just help you so people can give you more feedback. You were picked for the staff for sythe so you must be doing something right. Just keep doing your job and maybe get a bit more vocal man. Have a good one

 

As I stated to you in the PM you requested you're doing awesome in OT. You put up with the spam forum idiots well and have a great attitude. You know my recommendations for Rs also.

 

Maybe it's just the sections you're in charge of, but I don't feel like I really know you. Not because I just don't know you, it's because I don't see you in the 'demanding' sections such as disputes, community sections, etc. I think that's where you would really be able to shine if you put your best foot forward.

 

You seem to do your job well, and come across as a nice guy. As punker said, maybe make yourself more active in general sections, I don't see you around that much either. Overall, I'd say you're doing a pretty decent job.

Active in Off-Topic - I don't see you around a huge load. I mean I'm not saying you don't post in there, because I do see the odd posts but I do somewhat feel you do more outside of your own forum than you do inside. I don't really know how to explain it.

I do admit that my 'mod rush' kind of fell off after my first three months when I was heavily, heavily active in disputes and scam reports. I still consider my self an active member of the community forums though but I will do my best to pick up activity.

As for the first part I am honestly unsure why our paths have not crossed more. I am online for unhealthy amounts of time >_<

Thank you for the feedback. And I believe I understand what you're getting at. I have kind of developed a new 'niche' on Sythe since my promotion, but am working on getting (more) active in my respective forums again.

You are doing just fine, more active than most moderators on here.

 

One of the first mods I actually engaged in a conversation with. Very active and well deserving of your position.

 

Haven't talked to you much - but bugs me that you aren't infracting for blank posting when it's written in the Official Rules. Just seems like a bit of mixed standards.
