    Optimum Online IMO. I don't know details, it works and its fast, I'm using it right now. Price, don't know - parents deal with that.

    Cox Communications, it's only available in certain US states however. I have never had any problems and my connection speed is fairly decent. http://www.cox.com/

    I heard verizon is going to try to push a 150mb/s internet next year probally at like $160/m. Until that you can only go with cable internet which can be like 15mb/s
