Fast construction xp

I'm looking to get 70 construction for The void stares back I'm currently 47 with enough teak planks for 50, but that's still 20 levels. What would be the fastest xp and estimated gp loss, and is there a fast way with a reasonable gp loss?

 

Oak Larders is probably the most cost efficent while still having a nice xp an hour

 

I'm only doing teak now because I had a ton sitting in the bank from armoured zombies. I'll look into oak though thanks

 

Stick with teak if you want fast xp

Oak larders are quick and somewhat cheap. I would switch to Mahogany tables when you can, tho.
