Falsely banned

I was banned for supposedly being the user king neuro user profie:http://www.sythe.org/members/381146-king-neuro.html
This is complete nonsense. Though there was no report made it is my understanding that the mod Ghast was pmed by the user: http://www.sythe.org/members/428647-309jmk.html. I would first like to point a few thing out about the user who pmed Ghast. It seems like 309 has had it out for me from the second I started flipping Ikov gp. To begin with I was banned from his site, no idea why I literally just asked him if he wanted to buy my ikov and bam banned. I later contacted him on skype saying that we don't need to have this animosity between us we can both sell ikov and be cool but again he blocked me. He also trys to steal my customers via pm and udercut my prices. 309 has made a ban evading report against me before: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1896922-report.html this report was also complete bs he had no reason to believe I was ban evading and the bumping issue had already been taken care of, at the time of that report I think I only had 1 bump on my thread. Now in this most recent case where i have been falsely accused of being king nuero the proof provided to me was a screenshot on the message sent by the user 309. In this he claims that the click to add me skype button on my thread had the same url as king nuero's. I haven't check but I do believe this is true mainly because when I made my ikov gp thread :http://www.sythe.org/private-server...op-buying-selling-fast-legit-best-prices.html I went around to the different sections of sythe to specifically find click to add me skype buttons. I guess the one I copied the url from ended up being king nuero who apparently got bannned. This accusation is inconsistent though seeing that I have not one but two click to add me skype buttons on that post and the second is also from another user who might also be banned or not idk. My point being that the skype buttons where taken from a couple random user's threads. I don't understand how this can be taken as solid evidence for banning me. Another reason brought up is that Ghast says King supposedly lived 53 mins from me. Again I don't see how this is reason to ban me. Ghast also told me that we had similar interests which I really don't see by taking a quick look at king's vouches being that they are all 07 gp purchases and sales. I do not buy nor sell 07 gp I only merch Ikov gp. I have bough 27m once from bogla to start merching Ikov gp. So from my view he is just obviously wrong about that. I am willing to do whatever is asked of me to prove I am not King nuero. I would like to point out that it looks like king used Paypal for many of his transactions. I dont see how this could be me due to the fact I am 15 and without a paypal account. If needed I can provide I.D. in the form of a state issued learners permit. I can also show you my home ip is necessary and I am willing to whatever it takes to prove I am not this user, if you know any information about him that I can prove doesn't pertain to me let me know. I want to get into a skype call or video chat with some mods so I can prove my identity. If there is anything else I can do to prove it please let me know I really wanted to become a trusted user on sythe and build up a business. Mods Can add my skype at: nobility_rs.nobles

 

The reported proof that led to me banning you looked suspicious, and still is, but it's not enough to keep you banned. You're unbanned now.
