false infraction?

    false infraction?
    it says i recieved an infraction because i accused someone without proof. but this is wrong because in the thread http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?...03#post5528803 all i said was that i knew he was a scammer after the other person posted proof. i wasnted accusing anyone i was just stating my opinion.
