False Ban Evading Ban

Hey mods,
I was temp banned a few weeks ago for supposedly recovering an account i sold. while i did not do this i am not here to argue over that. I put in an appeal for that trying to explain my side and a mod (sorry i cannot remember his name) told me that i was banned for ban evading and linked me to an account that i had never heard of. I would appreciate it if another mod or the original mod would look into this issue further as that is NOT my account. If i could talk to a mod also on msn it might make it a bit easier. my msn: [email protected]
