    i have a question which has always seemed odd to me:
    why are lobsters the f2p pking food, not swordies? if any1 can clear this up would be very aprechiative

    I think because the cost of lobsters are better. Swordfish used to be double the price of lobsters.

    surely though the extra hp could be saving you 200k of rune armour or so? seems kinda dumb to me

    How much hp does swordies? And lobsters? Sorry I haven't played RuneScape for a long time :(

    Lobsters Heal 120 , Swordfish 140.
    Swordfish were almost double the price. When you Pk alot it's kinda a waste of money for just 20 difference.
