Looking for an experienced coder that knows what he/she is doing.

I work 7 days a week 12 hour shifts so I don't have the time right now to get done what I need done by myself. I'll be coding as well when I have the time when I'm home but need help while I'm gone.

Not looking to play around or have my time wasted.

Not looking for super hard fixes/coding but need to have someone who knows what they're doing.
