Fishing or Cooking?

 

Seems more like fishing because no one would cook sharks and rocktail for 99 cooking unless they had some nice cash.

 

troust/salmon at barb village 22k banking 30k dropping them

lobster 20k with 80+ fishing at guild

shark about 8-12k per hour

 

I'm running a bot at barb village, @ 85 fishing w/ dropping, getting 40kexp

though depends on also how many randoms you get, so that's pretty accruate otherwise

 

I did rocktails for 99, im not 100% sure if it still is, but cooked were worth more than raw so you made a profit.

 

Are you kidding? Sharks/Rocktails to 99 is the most common method of achieving 99. Depending on the status of both products in the grand exchange at its current state- you can even profit from cooking either of them, as Mantis stated.

 

What bot? Free one or some paid one?

It also depends where you're fishing/cooking. For example, tuna/salmon is faster at shilo than at barb if you're banking; and cooking is faster at cook guild or rogue's den than it is at ge.

Idk about the other fish, but lobsters gives around 125k xp hour (that was in the cooking guild with access to the bank). If you do it at rogues den it might be like 110-120k xp/hour? Not 100% sure.
