Exot - Disputing "avoiding ban"

I was banned because of ban avoid, for a ban that my brother got 2-3 years ago. The account "Exot" is new and was created a month ago, from a new computer. The account Pkdevol was the account banned for lifetime.

I know this is avoiding a ban, but we are not the same person and still, it was 3 years ago.

Anyways, the ban is only for 4 more days, but I really need it taken off now. I was in the middle of a trade with "bossman" for an account upgrade on Runescape. The trade occurred yesterday, but he logged off and scammed me after I gave him 9m. He claimed to have dced, but I cant get my money back/do the trade now since my sythe account is banned and there is no way to report him if he does scam.

I did a scam report yesterday but took it down after he messaged me, you can find it in the reporting forum.

Please lift the 4 day ban, at least until tomorrow/past tomorrow. That way I wont be scammed or at least will be able to report it.

 

The ban is permanent and will not be lifted. As for "bossman", if you have proof, post a scam report in the dispute forum and I'll look into it.
