JUST the fact that he pretended to be a girl for so long is a decent enough reason to keep him banned on any account it creates, ever.

 

He didn't break any rules, though. However, I am not suggesting what he did was acceptable, but merely stating that he didn't directly do anything branded wrong by the rules, and therefore I don't think he should have been banned.
