    I got an infraction for flooding in spam forum.

    Reversed as the rules at the time excepted it.

    I edited that thread AFTER I gave the infraction.

    This tells me two things Marrow,
    a. they weren't accepted at the time like you claim.
    b. you didn't read the rules

    Louis if you're still unsure, check at the time I edited the rules thread and check the time I gave Marrow the infraction.
