What browser are you using? Looks like some JS isn't parsing.

Does this happen to you if you use Chrome?

I don't see it, the only similar thing I could find was this:

I'm using Chrome and it works perfectly.

 

Are you 100% sure you have JS enabled? Try using the BBCode buttons as a test.
