He was re-selling Anthony1994's money making guide WITHOUT permission. When anthony found out he gave a warning to people to re-claim a refund. Eric.L is ignoring my attempts to reclaim this, and so I contacted Anthony1994. He said to make a scammer report, as this isn't permitted. When I did get ahold of Eric.L, he denied a refund and said that I don't have proof for a scam report.

Yes, Eric.L DID give Anthony some money, however Anthony still told buyers to demand a refund due to the fact that Eric.L used a "buy-now" function - and so Anthony couldn't know how many copies were actually sold and the easiest solution was for a refund to be given. How is it fair that someone steals a guide and gets so much profit (he was selling several copies a day for a couple of weeks) and isn't punished for stealing the guide..?

 

He gave you the guide though? And the original guide owner got some money back so it seems he's okay with it.

Also you haven't proved the trade (no convo screenshots/vouches, etc..).
