I see you edited your post, in order to be carried in dungeons you need to be on the same server, so you are missing quite a bit of information. This also isn't an hourly charge as it's different per person/class they play

The best thing to do would be to just pay for levelling itself, and dungeons would be grinded out, also the max level is currently 70 unless you're doing season of mastery
