Eoc ruining some items?

Hello, i don't have those items (i was hoping one day to have them), but can anyone tell me if arcane stream necklace, dreadnips, swift gloves, goliaths, vigour will be useless? My main concern is really goliaths since i was working hard for them last few months and them not being functional with same no weapon punching effect on eoc would be a huge slap in the face by jamflex.
