Eminem [Topic/Question]

So, I was just listening to "Despicable" and I was thinking in the Rap Eminem says the line, "When I die, so does Hip Hop" it made me think, when Ems all done with Rap and Producing and is completely retired, he's done, do you think Hip Hop/Rap will be completely different? I mean seriously it's already severely different then it was in the 90's. Even the early 2000's. So when Eminems done, are things in the Rap world, Hip Hop World, going to be completely different? I mean do you think if Notorious Bigs, and Tupac Shukar and Big L, and all other famous rappers that died in the 90s didn't die do you think Hip Hop/Rap would be the same as it is now? I personally don't. I don't think there would be a Lil Wayne, or a Drake or anyone like that. I think they would get chewed up and spit out by other rappers. I mean they may have probably been around, but they would of been no where near as famous in my opinion. We would probably see more rappers like Biggie and Tupac rapping about their struggles and life. Not their 40 Inch LCD's and Money and Bitches.

 

of course you will have a lil wayne... even if pac big and L was still alive but like you said they wouldn't last maybe not even a year. I'm pretty sure right now hip hop and rap would be way different if even big was still alive.

 

If Eminems career, then hip-hop mostly dies to me, I don't listen to the new rap they make now a'days.
