Email

I've recently got hacked and there's a new email on the account.
How do I get rid of it?

I don't think he has access to his account, hence "hacked"

 

I'm pretty sure he has access to the account, how else would he know there's a new email on it?

You could just try to manually change it, though it takes 2 weeks.

 

Go to account management, email registration, and change it.

 

If you're the OG owner, you should recover the account as a 'stolen' account.

 

Can't do that anymore either. There's only one recovery now. No more lost and stolen.
