Plugin instructions provided after purchase are as clear as we can make them while keeping them as general as they need to be so they work for everyone.

We're very happy to work with people to match them to the specifics of their setup, however, we expect that people give us the common courtesy of at least reading and attempting to follow them first. (You might notice that it points you to our help channels where our Discord moderators can chime in and help, rather than spamming tickets where your queries fall on our helpful, but not so helpful on none payment queries, Discord bot!)
