When people start up a company for elo boosting, where do they find the boosters them selves? Like are there forums for independent boosters that you can hire and you keep like 10% cut.

 

Nop. Just forums like Sythe/epvp mainly. Most hire people they know via boosting/playing the game. The whole system is very well integrated that finding Boosters now is very easy.

 

Well. There are many ways people hire. Especially people in college, they play to get money which they will spend on their college. Its basically you see someone good, and you make your "virtual company" and start with your friends.

Me and my cousin started boosting last season and it's been good. It's just me and him and get small orders here and there. Gives us time to play on our mains and increase our rating in solo q! All and all do it for the joy of playing league.
