Second chances are a gift, not a right.

You were banned for different offenses, with different intent, and have different disputes. Not to mention, he's been banned for over 3 months longer; you were only just banned in February.

In short, the decision with Deacon is utterly irrelevant to your dispute.

Looking at your posts, you knew you were going to be banned for flooding the forums like that. Your intent was not only malicious, but in full awareness (and acceptance) of the consequences.

Nor is your distinct lack of apology at all moving. Pointing to Deacon and saying, "because he was" is not the way to go about a dispute like this.
