Eliteclient is a runescape client packed with all the features of other clients and more. It includes a screen recorder, a scriptable macro system that uses scripts very similar to SCAR, an easy tabbed browser, scriptable tools, and customizability (lol) that you will find in no other client.

The video tour has been taken with the screen recorder. As you notice, it is not perfect, but it is getting there. The tour is 12.59 MB, which is why I have not hosted it on cruels.net. To open it, unrar it and open it in Windows picture viewer and wait for it to load. It is a .gif file.

The latest version of Eliteclient is 2.1. To see a change log, download the client, open up the tutorial/help window and click on "Change log". There you will see a detailed list of everything that has been updated. To see planned features, hit "Coming soon".

Need help? Inside the client, there is a tutorial system that should cover most of your questions. If not, make a post. You are 75% more likely to be helped at Cruels.net, so don't hesitate to register there.

ANOTHER note before I forget - if you have any programs like Firefox running, close them, open Eliteclient and reopen firefox. The reason for this is that Eliteclient's hotkeys won't work unless they are enabled first. Sometimes, you won't get any hotkey problems, but sometimes you will.

In a later version, I will allow for custom hotkeys so you can use things like CTRL+SHIFT+KEY. For now, I have not included that. Just don't post this as a bug.

Nice, does the screen recorder save as .avi? And is it efficient.

Right now, I have source code for .gif to .avi conversion. I am hoping to include it in version 2.2.

I must admit, the screen recorder does lag. I am always improving it. In a couple versions, it may come close to being lag free.

Aww it went to the 2nd page...

Anyway v2.2 may come out next week. It will have IRC along with tons of bugfixes and minor changes.

Right now I am 25% done with IRC I just have to sort out the annoying problems..
