elite switch

Hi i was just wounder is elite switch a safe way to go on runescape with out getting your account hacked. i know there are lots and lots differnt types. but which one is the best? i have used evil switch before and found really no problems with it. but i was woundering which one is the best other then runescape server?

wtf is elite switch and where do i find it? Right now i use swift switch and i love it. Is elite switch better?
