elite switch help

i downoladed elite switch and everthing worked but when i ran it it wouldnt come up and said something was wrong with the internet or something my other browsers work but no this one. its annoying can someone help me.

 

ok try uninstalling it and removing it from your computer. then re-download elite switch and see if that works.

 

i did tht twice and the same thing happens
