    It says the deepest...and zamorak altar is at wilderness lvl 44.

    Max lvl of wilderness is 56

    Try walking around the Rouges Castle and shit. Just walk around deep wild.

    Yeah, I would say it has to be past the p2p/f2p fence, maybe check the around the mage arena as well as rogue castle.
