the second black market should be for trusted member who have at least had 10 working trades or something, not vouches, but with proof, and make a special section for applications of the members to join the black market, and choose 2 or 3 mods who check the applications and reject or accept them. this is the greatest way to keep away scammers who havent even got paypal. just claim they got to scam pixels.

 

what about the new people who are genuine but have to risk 10 trades with scammers because all the "trusted" members are off partying in their special black market forum.

 

This is kind of on the topic but trade with caution people should be banned from the the black market until their TWC expires.
