    I just got back from deployment after buying this account a few months ago to find he has recovered email address, recovered runescape account and changed all passwords, I managed to get the email back

    @GrandExchanges Can you provide proof this is his acc? Skype chat logs, ETC would work. Just so we can add this to his ban reason.
