dispute with taurine

I guaranteed our trade is 100% safe, although I never guaranteed whatever he does after our trade will be protected. He's stating he got banned after ~1 hour and decides to blame it on me. If he got banned because of our trade we both would be banned, but I am not banned so it is clearly one of his own customers who ratted him out.

I am not refunding a single GP.

i can even show chats i had with r5v (only to staff though contains some personal stuff) showing time i had this stock and about 15mins later being banned. If i was to have sold about 8m bm then i would have asked for vouches and wouldnt be disputing this. i even went to 2 sites to try and sell some but they both had stock so i wasnt able to sell anything.

On normal circumstance's you would be right , if you had traded with me it would be 100% ban risk free but as you are member of large rwting website, isn't it quite clear that I am not liable for pervious trades you done witch resulted in your ban. I sold the Ely for bm that I was planning to rwt, I even contacted 2 websites ballersgold and scapestock but did not sell anything. I don't get how that has anything to do with this.

I guaranteed safety within our trade and the safety was granted. I wasn't banned, you weren't banned for 1+ hours. You then made a mistake and you're paying for that mistake. I shall not refund you for your mistakes buddy. Please learn to be more cautious with your Blood money from now on.

I sent @Yankiee proof of trades i've done 5+ hours since our trade, and proved to Yankiee herself that my account was not banned. I believe that any moderator would see that he is clearly bullshitting his way through this over 20m 07. I'd rather donate this 20m to get a 25$ rank than to give it to this random.

@Yankiee - Taurine was banned/dnt because he threatened to ddos me and my website but yet he's back and able to trade within 2 months? Why do we allow people he consistently get banned and cause issues back onto the forums?

 

I'm sure whoever handled it had a reason.

 

Just to put this to a close if anyone is still wondering on either side of this case:

Veng has provided me with his sales history from live chat & Skype. He didn't trade anyone BM after Taurine therefore, without a doubt, Taurine has to repay Veng. No more disputes pls.

Ig your method isn't 100% risk-free, don't tell customers that it is in the future to avoid this problem.
