    This is going to get locked, I know your very new to the site and don't know allot of stuff that has happened in the past. But basicly there was a big big drop party before where lots of people donated there was about 100m+ dropped then some people got upset ect..

    So the decision that was made after that was that anyone hosting a drop party is NOT ALLOWED to accept any donations.
